The Sánchez house is located north-west of Mexico City, in a mountainous and wooded area. It is located on an ascending ground with views towards the dense forest, the topography of the place suggested to solve the house on half-levels and to place it to the center of the land to take advantage of the surrounding views, we sought a step-by-step configuration of the house that had a great privacy of each space through the levels and different clear views of the vast outdoor landscape.

The scheme is simple, a central corridor along the house divides the functions. In the basement the workshops and services are housed; on the ground floor the common and social airlines and on the high floor the private area where The idea of space is like in silence until it is activated on arrival to each half level by another new experience of space.

The house has a program of 5 rooms, TV room, games room, gym with sauna, reception, office, meeting room, pian- bar, spacious stay and dining room, kitchen and breakfast, 3 workshops, pantry, laundry and service rooms. The outside house is surrounded by an extensive garden in which you will find the parking area for 4 cars, access porch and roaster area with jacuzzi and bar.

The materials on the outside are flattened in white cement to contrast with nature, clay tiles and large temperate glass windows.
